ARI values the trust that our customers place in us by letting us act as custodians of their data. We take our responsibility to protect and secure your information seriously and strive for complete transparency around our security practices detailed below. Standard Operating Procedures

All Administrative, Operations and Troubleshooting activities follow procedures defined, audited and adhering to industry best practices.

Data Centers

ARI stores customer data in US based data centers housed in state-of-the-art facilities, run and managed by Microsoft. These data centers meet industry standards such as ISO 27001, FedRAMP, SOC 1 and SOC 2. They are rigorously audited annually by 3rd parties.

Network Security

ARI uses Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption (HTTPS) for all data transported through our network servers. All connections to our servers are protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption.

User Security

Weak user passwords are the worldwide leading cause of security breaches. ARI takes preemptive action against this, requiring all user passwords to be 8 characters and contain a number and a character.

Data Backup & Integrity

Data backups are taken daily, creating redundancies of all user data. Data and database backups are secured, encrypted and managed in accordance with production standard operating procedures and are subject to defined data retention policies.

Threat Monitoring

ARI employs threat monitoring tools engineered and provided by Microsoft to monitor the system for threats to the environment such as remote desktop brute force attacks and SQL injections.
